We present a broad gamut of Semi Automatic Crimping Machine that has a sturdily designed body and is suitable for crimping 1 aerosol valve both on aluminium or tin cans. Good crimping result is guaranteed on our range and our machines are delivered with foot pedal or push button operated models. Our entire range of Semi Automatic Crimping Machine promises quick setting and comes with GO-NOGO gauges that help in adjusting the exact crimp diameter and the crimp depth required. This automatic adjustment also helps in delivering sufficient pressure on the valve-gasket before initiating the crimping activity and consequently take care of the exact variation given in the can heights (+/- 0.5 mm).

• We have with us table mounted variants of this machine where the machine has a MS body and the table top is fabricated using high grade stainless steel.
• Operating Air pressure can be adjusted to 6-8 kg per sq. cm. 
• Capacity is approximately 4000 units per shift. This might vary according to the skill of the machine operator
